Cathedral or vaulted ceilings are R65 cellulose with 6 mil vapor barrier. 3. Flat ceilings are R44 cellulose with 6 mil vapor barrier. Option: higher R factor. 4. Window glass is double glass with double Low E and Argon gas filled; awning and casement windows have insulated glass with 2 seals on opening sash. 5. Tyvek air barrier on all exterior walls with taped joints and window nailing flanges taped to the Tyvek.
